Acceptance of Terms

• Your account is subject to a legal hold, investigation, or regulatory inquiry.

• You have self-excluded or requested account closure.

You may close your 99y888 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any required verification procedures.

Amendments to These Terms
